Del’Vaughn Rooks has spent the past year quietly expanding his work across media, marketing, and strategic initiatives that connect creativity with long term platform building. The year reflected steady momentum rather than a single defining moment, shaped by disciplined execution, thoughtful partnerships, and work designed to endure. Over the past year, Rooks has remained engaged with communities that matter to him, including Baltimore, where he has been encouraged by continued progress across business, culture, and opportunity. He views community involvement as a way to support that forward movement while continuing work that spans regions, sectors, and platforms.

Through DelloFlix, the year focused on strengthening services and strategies that support brands, creators, and institutions through clear storytelling, marketing execution, and partnership driven growth. The work reflected an emphasis on alignment, sustainability, and building platforms designed to last beyond individual campaigns.

In October, the Baltimore Business Journal featured Rooks in coverage highlighting leaders recognized as 40 and Under Rising Stars by the Living Classrooms Foundation. The recognition reflected consistent leadership and community impact built over time rather than a single campaign or announcement. In addition to the recognition, Rooks serves on the Living Classrooms Foundation marketing committee, contributing strategic perspective and support to the organization’s ongoing initiatives.

Being present for the event reinforced the importance of institutional thinking, disciplined growth, and investing in organizations that serve communities over time.

Beyond DelloFlix, the past year included continued work through Hark Capital Group, contributing to strategic positioning, partnerships, and communications across large scale development and infrastructure focused efforts. In parallel, Rooks continued advancing Tether’d, a platform centered on access, connectivity, and opportunity within professional and workforce ecosystems.
